Des normes européennes à la mobilité pilotée par les applications - L'histoire d'Ubetter

In many industrial automation projects, mobility components such as wheels and castors are often considered standard items. However, after more than a decade working in industrial sales and eight years focusing specifically on wheels and castors, I realized that mobility challenges are rarely standard.

Ubetter was founded based on a simple observation:
Equipment manufacturers do not struggle to find suppliers — they struggle to find solutions that truly match their applications.

During my previous experience working with European industrial castor systems, I had the opportunity to work closely with robot OEMs, system integrators, and end users across logistics, manufacturing, and medical automation sectors. These interactions revealed a consistent gap between catalogue products and real operating conditions.

Many mobility failures — such as excessive vibration, unstable steering, premature wear, or high starting resistance — were not caused by poor product quality. Instead, they resulted from mismatched specifications, incorrect geometry selection, or insufficient understanding of operating environments.

Ubetter was therefore established as a solution-driven mobility partner.
Rather than promoting fixed product ranges, we focus on understanding application requirements first, then configuring or engineering suitable wheel and castor solutions.

Today, Ubetter supports automation equipment manufacturers with customized industrial castors, drive wheels, and mobility components designed to improve stability, durability, and system efficiency.

Our mission is simple:
Deliver customized mobility solutions with faster response, greater flexibility, and better long-term value.
