The JQR09310 Series is an elite-tier mobility solution engineered for the heaviest Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and high-tonnage industrial transport systems. Supporting a per-unit load capacity of up to 2000kg, this series provides the ultimate structural foundation for heavy manufacturing automation. By combining a reinforced twin-wheel architecture with a high-capacity precision ball-bearing swivel head, the JQR09310 eliminates the high steering resistance typically associated with multi-ton industrial loads.

  • Reinforced High-Tonnage Stability: The twin-wheel design effectively doubles the contact area, distributing up to 2 tons of weight to protect industrial floors and prevent high-pressure indentation.

  • Precision Ball-Bearing Swivel Head: Engineered with a specialized heavy-duty ball-bearing race, this swivel head provides a much lower coefficient of friction than standard steel-ball assemblies, allowing for fluid 360-degree rotation under maximum tonnage.

  • Twin-Wheel Differential Effect: Independent rotation of the dual wheels allows the robot to pivot smoothly without “scrubbing” the floor, significantly reducing the torque load on the AGV’s steering actuators.
