The JQR010310 Series is a specialized, ultra-robust mobility solution engineered for Super-Duty Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and industrial transport platforms. Supporting a per-unit load capacity of 2600kg up to 4500kg, this series provides the uncompromising foundation required for massive material handling. By utilizing a reinforced twin-wheel configuration and an elite-tier precision ball-bearing swivel head, the JQR010310 allows multi-ton payloads to be maneuvered with the precision and agility typically only seen in much lighter robot classes.

  • Super-Duty Load Distribution: The twin-wheel architecture doubles the floor contact area, preventing high-pressure floor damage and ensuring stable transport for 4.5-ton payloads.

  • Precision Ball-Bearing Swivel Head: Engineered with a specialized high-tonnage integrated ball-bearing race. This eliminates the “stick-slip” effect of standard swivel housings, providing smooth, consistent rotation under extreme vertical pressure.

  • Twin-Wheel Differential Effect: The independent rotation of each wheel allows the robot to pivot smoothly without floor “scrubbing,” significantly reducing the torque requirement on heavy-duty steering actuators.

  • Extreme-Performance Treads: Utilizes premium high-load polyurethane (95A-98A) bonded to a reinforced hub, designed to resist flat-spotting and withstand the thermal stresses of 24/7 industrial operations.

  • Streamlined Maintenance Design: This series is built without thread guards to maintain a high-strength, compact profile that allows for rapid inspection of the axle and bearing assemblies in heavy manufacturing environments.
